OSA Documents definition
OSA Documents has the meaning set out in clause 1.1 of the OSA
OSA Documents mean the outsourced services agreement in the agreed terms to be made between (1) FilmFlex; and (2) On Demand Management Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of ODG), together with all the other agreements in agreed form as listed in Schedule 1;
OSA Documents means this Agreement, the Information Memorandum, any Information Packs, any OSA Acceptance Notices and any OSA Accession Deeds.
Examples of OSA Documents in a sentence
The OSA Documents and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.
