OS Products definition

OS Products means the Products the front-end manufacture of which is subcontracted to manufacture and which are actually manufactured by a third party manufacturers.

  • Integra hereby grants authority to SeaSpine to manufacture the OS Products under such OS Product Registrations, until, with respect to each such OS Product Registration, such time as SeaSpine has obtained a “duplicate” OS Product Registration in the applicable jurisdiction.

  • The Company makes no representations with respect to the OS Products or their use.

  • As of the Effective Date, Integra (or one of its affiliates) owns the 510(k) clearances for the OS Products (the “OS Product Registrations”).

  • Holding consents to PalmOne’s exhaustion of inventory of PalmSource OS Products, products Ancillary thereto, and Merchandising Products related to any of them, existing, manufactured and ready to distribute as of the Execution Date.

  • The specifications for the OS Products as of the Effective Date are set forth in Exhibit B-1.

  • Licensee shall have two (2) years following the date of written termination notice from Holding to sell off any remaining inventory of PalmSource OS Products, Transition Products, Ancillary Products and Merchandising Products, any of which bear the PalmOne Brand or Transition Marks, and to use Corporate Identity Materials and Marketing Materials on or in connection with which the PalmOne Brand or any of the Transition Marks appear.
