OrthoLogic definition
OrthoLogic has the meaning specified in the preliminary statements.
OrthoLogic has the meaning set forth in the preface above. “OrthoLogic Common Stock” means OrthoLogic common stock, par value $.0005 per share. “OrthoLogic Reports” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a). “Owned Real Property” means all land, together with all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located thereon, including all electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other building systems, fire protection, security and surveillance systems, telecommunications, computer, wiring and cable installations, utility installations, water distribution systems and landscaping, together with all easements and other rights and interests appurtenant thereto (including air, oil, gas, mineral and water rights) owned by AzERx. “Parties” has the meaning set forth in the preface above. “Party” has the meaning set forth in the preface above. “PBGC” means the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. “Person” means an individual, a partnership, a corporation, an association, a joint stock company, a trust, a joint venture, an unincorporated organization or a governmental entity (or any department, agency or political subdivision thereof). “Phase 3 Trial” has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5. 5
OrthoLogic means OrthoLogic Corp., a Delaware corporation.
