ORST definition

ORST means tax imposed under the Retail Sales Tax Act (Ontario), regulations thereto, orders, orders in council, by laws and similar laws as applied by the Ontario Ministry of Finance;
ORST means retail sales tax and other amounts payable pursuant to the ORSTA;
ORST means all taxes payable under the Retail Sales Tax Act Ontario and any reference to any specific provision of the Retail Sales Tax Act Ontario shall refer to any successor provision thereto of like or similar effect;

  • The applicable Purchaser shall be liable for and shall pay all federal and provincial sales taxes (including any GST, QST, ORST, retail sales taxes and land transfer taxes) and all other taxes, duties, fees or other like charges of any jurisdiction properly payable in connection with the transfer of the applicable Purchased Assets by the Vendor to the applicable Purchaser (but not including income taxes payable by the Vendor).

  • The Purchase Price shall be exclusive of all applicable GST, QST, ORST and other sales and transfer taxes.

  • SAMR means the State Administration for Market Regulation of the PRC or, with respect to the issuance of any business license or filing or registration to be effected by or with the State Administration for Market Regulation, any Governmental Authority which is similarly competent to issue such business license or accept such filing or registration under the Laws of the PRC.
