Orphans definition

Orphans means children under to the age of 16 who have lost one or both parents;
Orphans means children up to the age of 16 who have lost one or both parents; (ccc) “PLWHA” means people living with HIV/AIDS;
Orphans means certain assets encompassed in the historic mining right 46/99 that preceded the Converted Mining Right, which assets were not purchased by Blyvoor Capital or Gauta Tailings and are now owned by third parties;

  • Orphan shall give RCT prior written notice of such assignment and obtain Orphan's assignee's agreement to abide by the terms of this Agreement and assume all of Orphan's obligations under this Agreement.

  • Legal representatives (parents) of minor savers (account owners) or guardians appointed in accordance with the procedures specified in Section 222 of the Civil Law and Section 26 of the Orphan's Courts Law in case of unavailability of deposits, and in accordance with the property interests of the minor person, it is entitled to perform all necessary activities for the receipt of the State guaranteed compensation of the minor in the order specified in regulatory enactments.

  • Termination of this Agreement shall effect the immediate and simultaneous termination of any SUBLICENSE and of any right extended to Orphan's AFFILIATES under SECTION 1.3.
