Ornamental pool definition
Ornamental pool means any human-made structure, basin, chamber, tank or pool except drainage facilities containing an artificial body of water and having a depth of more than six inches and less than two feet and whose primary function is for other than swimming, diving or recreational bathing.
Ornamental pool means any pool designed for decorative purpose and not for bathing or swimming.
