Ornamental definition

Ornamental means any coniferous or deciduous tree that is less than 20 feet in height and has a trunk of no more than 6 inches in diameter at breast height, which is removed from a natural setting, generally with roots attached, for transplant to a different location.
Ornamental tree means a tree that typically achieves a mature height of not more than 6m.
