Originator Financing Statement definition
Originator Financing Statement shall have the meaning specified in Article 3(b).
Originator Financing Statement means, with respect to any Originator, a UCC financing statement in appropriate form for filing in the jurisdiction of formation of such Originator and naming such Originator as “Debtor” and Purchaser as “Secured Party” and describing as “Collateral” all of the items set forth in the definition of Pledged Collateral in the applicable Pledge Agreement.
Originator Financing Statement means a UCC‑1 financing statement naming the Indenture Trustee as the secured party, the Originator as the debtor and the Issuer as the intermediate assignor.
