Origination Term definition

Origination Term means (i) with respect to the Term Loan, a term, in months, equal to the number of Monthly Payments required to be made after the Closing Date through the Maturity Date, assuming no prepayment, and (ii) with respect to the DLOC, a term, in months, equal to the number of DLOC Monthly Payments required to be made after the DLOC Term Out Date through the Maturity Date, assuming no prepayment. ​
Origination Term means the period commencing on the Effective Date and extending for three (3) years, unless extended for two additional one-year periods by Company, or sooner terminated as provided herein.
