Purchaser shall provide such assistance to Seller and enter into such letter agreements and certifications as reasonably requested by Seller, including the provision of such information regarding Purchaser and its business as requested by any Investor or Origination Source.
Seller shall pay any and all fees and costs charged by each Investor or Origination Source to secure Required Consents for the Transactions, including fees to the Investors and Origination Sources for the transfer of the Servicing Rights in accordance with the Applicable Requirements (“Required Consent Fees”).
