ORIGINAL VESSELS definition
ORIGINAL VESSELS means each of the GNS Vessels and the GOMI Vessels; and
ORIGINAL VESSELS means each of the vessels listed in the Fourth Schedule; and
ORIGINAL VESSELS means the vessels detailed in Part 1 of Schedule 1 and Original Vessel means any of them. Owners shall have the meaning given to it in the Preamble.

ORIGINAL VESSELS means each of the vessels listed in Schedule 2 as “Original Vessels”.

ORIGINAL VESSELS means the Vessels except for the Additional Vessels and "Original Vessel" means any one of them. "Parties" means the parties to this Supplemental Agreement and each a "Party". "Security Parties" means the Borrowers and the Guarantor. "Upsize Transfer Certificates" means the: (a) Transfer Certificate to be entered into on the Effective Date between KfW IPEX- Bank GmbH and the Acceding Bank in respect of the Vessel Loans for the Original Vessels; (b) Transfer Certificate to be entered into on the Effective Date between the Acceding Bank and KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH in respect of the Vessel Loans for the Additional Vessels; (c) Transfer Certificate to be entered into on the Effective Date between KfW IPEX- Bank GmbH and SMBC Bank International Plc in respect of the Vessel Loans for the Original Vessels; and (d) Transfer Certificate to be entered into on the Effective Date between SMBC Bank International Plc and KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH in respect of the Vessel Loans for the Additional Vessels, the agreed proforma form of which are set out in Schedule 5. 1.2 Unless otherwise specified in this Supplemental Agreement, or unless the context otherwise requires, all words and expressions defined in the Amended and Restated Loan
