Original survey definition

Original survey means a survey that is executed for the purpose of locating and describing real property that has not been previously described in documents conveying an interest in the real property.

  • Title Page means, for a printed book, the title page itself, plus such following pages as are needed to hold, legibly, the material this License requires to appear in the title page. For works in formats which do not have any title page as such, “Title Page” means the text near the most prominent appearance of the work’s title, preceding the beginning of the body of the text.

  • Engineer-in-charge representative means any officer of the Authority nominated by the Engineer-in-charge for day to day supervision, checking, taking measurement, checking bills, ensuring quality control, inspecting works and other related works for completion of the project.
