Original Start Date definition

Original Start Date means the effective date of that certain internalization agreement, dated as of October 10, 2020, entered into between Pine River Capital Management L.P. (“Pine River”) and the Company (the “Internalization Agreement”). Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the Company and Employee, Employee’s employment with the Company shall automatically terminate upon the expiration of this Agreement.
