Original Share definition
Original Share means a class “A” share described in section 776.1.1 issued to an individual by a corporation referred to in that section, where the amount that was paid to purchase that share was paid by a qualifying trust in respect of the individual ;
Original Share. Hunter Share", "Disqualified Share" or "Qualified Share", or the price or value thereof, shall include the applicable Tracking Share(s) (or portion thereof) and the price or value thereof, respectively.
