  • For clarity, the Foundation will not be a sponsor or be obliged to make any decisions or perform any actions related to any clinical trial described in the Original Scope of Work or the Amended Scope of Work and all such activities will be overseen and guided by the Company in compliance with its policies, regulatory requirements and input from the authorities at the respective clinical sites.
