Original Programming definition

Original Programming means the first showing of any program and video programming.
Original Programming means Programming in its initial cablecast on the System or in its first or second repeat; and,
Original Programming means Programming in its initial cablecast on the Cable System or in its first or second repeat; and

  • As of the Effective Date of this Franchise Agreement, the Cable Board, its designated agent and/or the Community Programming Center will produce a minimum of one thousand and fifty (1,050) hours of Original Programming on the initial Community Program/Public Access Channels.

More Definitions of Original Programming

Original Programming means television programming that has not been shown on any form of free or pay-television distributed by DTH, cable or terrestrial transmission originating from and directed to the Territory before it is first broadcast on the Channel.
Original Programming refers to all programming made available on HBO Max that is wholly owned by WM Direct or HBO.
Original Programming means programming produced specifically for or about a municipality or county or citizens thereof and shall include public government meetings. Original programming shall not include character generated messages, video bulletin board messages, traffic cameras, or other passively produced content.

  • Ignition cycle download means the number (count) of power mode cycles as determined by the EDR ECU at the time when the data was downloaded since the first use of the EDR.
