As of the Effective Date of this Franchise Agreement, the Cable Board, its designated agent and/or the Community Programming Center will produce a minimum of one thousand and fifty (1,050) hours of Original Programming on the initial Community Program/Public Access Channels.
You will provide services to the Company as President – Original Programming, AMC Entertainment Networks, a regular full-time, exempt position, and will be based in the Company’s offices in Los Angeles, California.
