Original Mortgage Indenture definition
Original Mortgage Indenture has the meaning assigned to that term in the first Recital.
Original Mortgage Indenture means an Indenture of Mortgage and Deed of Trust dated April 1, 1952 between the Company and the Mortgage Trustee.
