Original Location definition

Original Location means the location at which the Agency was operated before the Relevant Event;
Original Location means the location (city and country) in which a Participant's principal place of employment with the Company and its affiliates was located immediately prior to the first instance in which the Company required a change in such Participant's principal place of employment.
Original Location means with respect to each TIO Planned Well Pad, the location of the center of such TIO Planned Well Pad as reflected in the original Tie-In Obligation for the first Planned Well to be located on such TIO Planned Well Pad.

  • If the claim is justified based on this Limited Warranty, Enphase will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Covered Product to Covered Owner (or to the installer authorized by Covered Owner to replace the Covered Product) at the Original Location.

  • This Limited Warranty is given only to the end user who acquired and put the Covered Product into use for the first time (the “End User”) or to a subsequent end user (the “Transferee”) (each of the End User or Transferee being a “Covered Owner”) as long as (i) the Covered Product remains at the Original Location, and (ii) the Transferee submits to Enphase a “Change of Ownership Form” and pays the applicable fee (the “Transfer Fee”) within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Transferee.

  • If Enphase determines that the claim is justified based on this Limited Warranty, Enphase will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Covered Product to Covered Owner (or to the installer authorized by Covered Owner to replace the Covered Product) at the Original Location.

  • The “Warranty Period” (i) begins on the earlier of (a) nine (9) months from the Battery’s date of manufacture or (b) the installation of the Battery at the Original Location (either date, as applicable, the “Warranty Start Date”) and (ii) ends 10 years or 3,650 fully discharged cycles (whichever occurs earlier) from the Warranty Start Date.

  • IQ™7 series microinverters continuously connected to the internet through an Envoy product 25 years commencing on the earlier of (i) the date the Covered Product is registered with Enphase, or (ii) the date the Covered Product is activated* in Enphase’s Enlighten™ system at the Original Location (such applicable date is referred to as the “Warranty Activation Date”).

  • Enphase Enpower 10 years commencing the earlier of (i) the date the Covered Product is registered with Enphase, or (ii) the date the Covered Product is activated* in Enphase’s Enlighten™ system at the Original Location (such applicable date is referred to as the “Warranty Activation Date”).

  • The “Warranty Period” (a) begins on the earlier of (i) 9 months from the AC Battery’s date of manufacture or (ii) the installation of the AC Battery at the Original Location (either, the “Warranty Start Date”); and (b) ends 10 years or 7,300 fully discharged cycles (whichever occurs first) from the Warranty Start Date.

  • During the Warranty Period, the Limited Warranty is transferable to a different owner ("Transferee") as long as the Microinverter remains installed at the originally-installed end user location ("Original Location").
