Original Issue Dates definition

Original Issue Dates means the dates of (a) the first issuance of any shares exchanged for any shares of the Series B Preferred Stock, and (b) the first issuance of any shares of the Series B Preferred Stock; regardless of the number of transfers of any particular shares of Series B Preferred Stock and regardless of the number of certificates which may be issued to evidence such Series B Preferred Stock.
