Original device definition
Original device means a new, unused single-use device.
Original device means the specific cell phone or tablet computer and accessories thereto, if any, issued to You on date of conclusion of the Agreement, as more fully described in the Rental Schedule;
Original device means the Device set forth in the Device Specifications as of the Effective Date (which, for the avoidance of doubt, is for use with the Drug Product and is not an Off-The-Shelf-Device).
