Original Conditions means that all reinsurance under this Agreement shall be subject to the same rates, terms, conditions and waivers, and to the same modifications and alterations, as the respective policies of the Company. The Reinsurer shall be credited with its exact proportion of the original premiums received by the Company, prior to its disbursement of any dividends, but after deduction of premiums, if any, ceded by the Company for inuring reinsurance, it being understood that premiums ceded by the Company for other inuring excess of loss reinsurance shall be deducted at the adjusted rate on a written premium basis.

More Definitions of Original Conditions

Original Conditions means the Terms and Conditions of the Original Notes (as scheduled to the Original Trust Deed and as modified from time to time in accordance with their terms).
