Original Collateral Documents means the “Pledge Agreement” and “Foreign Pledge Agreement” (if any), in each case as defined by the Original Credit Agreement, the certain Security Agreement dated as of October 23, 2008, executed by The Providence Journal Company, Press-Enterprise Company, Denton Publishing Company, DMI Acquisition Sub, Inc., The Dallas Morning News, Inc. and DFW Printing Company, Inc. and the Administrative Agent, in connection with the Original Credit Agreement, and any other security agreement, pledge, mortgage or other agreement pursuant to which a Lien is granted to secure the Existing Obligations in connection with the Original Credit Agreement.

• The Company hereby agrees, acknowledges and confirms that its grant of a security interest under the Original Collateral Documents secures all of the Obligations, direct or indirect, contingent or absolute, matured or unmatured, now or at any time and from time to time hereafter due or owing to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, arising under or in connection with the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

• On the Closing Date, the Liens granted to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Original Collateral Documents shall be renewed to the extent provided by the Collateral Documents and in any event shall continue in full force and effect as security for all Secured Obligations.

• The Original Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated as provided herein, and this Agreement is not intended to constitute, nor does it constitute, an interruption, suspension of continuity, satisfaction, discharge of prior duties, novation, or termination of the liens, security interests, indebtedness, loans, liabilities, expenses, or obligations under the Original Loan Agreement, the Original Collateral Documents or the collateral therefor.

Original Collateral Documents means collectively (i) that certain Security Agreement dated as of June 9, 1997 among the loan Parties and the Agent for the benefit of the banks, and (ii) all UCC financing statements filed with respect to the Agent's security interest in collateral granted by the Loan Parties to the Agent pursuant to the document describe in (i) above.
