Original Collaboration definition

Original Collaboration means the collaborative relationship between the Parties as governed by the Initial Agreement and the Original Agreement during the period from the Effective Date of the Initial Agreement through the Effective Date.

  • For clarity, the Parties acknowledge and agree that the Original Collaboration Agreement remains in effect in accordance with its terms with respect to the period between the Start Date and the Amendment Effective Date.

  • Detailed Collaboration Plan has the meaning given in clause 3.2

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How and Materials discovered, created, conceived, developed or reduced to practice in the course of performing activities under the Collaboration Program (whether solely by one Party or jointly by the Parties, in each case with their Affiliates or any Third Parties or any employees, consultants or agents of any of the foregoing which perform activities under the Collaboration Program).

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.
