Original Certificates definition

Original Certificates means the Certificates issued by the Trustee to Citicorp USA, Inc. on the Original Initial Funding Date pursuant to the terms of the May Operative Documents.

  • Additional Certificates has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(d).
