Original Cashflow Forecast definition
Original Cashflow Forecast means the cashflow forecast for the Borrower delivered pursuant to Clause 18.5 (Condition subsequent) in respect of each Financial Quarter from (and including) January 2023 to (and including) June 2024, prepared by the Borrower in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.
Original Cashflow Forecast means the cashflow forecast for the Borrower delivered pursuant to Clause 18.5 (Condition subsequent) in respect of each Financial Quarter from (and including) October 2023 to (and including) March 2025, prepared by the Borrower in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.
