In accordance with the provisions of Section 8.1B of the Credit Agreement, The Chase Manhattan Bank is hereby appointed Collateral Agent hereunder and under the other Loan Documents as successor to the Original Agent and the Agent and each Lender hereby authorizes the Collateral Agent to act as its collateral agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
