Organizational Level definition

Organizational Level means a level of the Corporation’s organizational structure identified by senior management for purposes of measuring performance under the terms of this Plan for a calendar year.
Organizational Level means a level of the Company’s organizational structure identified by the Administrator for purposes of measuring performance under the terms of this Plan for the Bonus Period, which may include, without limitation, the Company, any Subsidiary, any region, branch or other geographic location or any business line or subset thereof.
