Corporation Controlled Affiliate definition
Corporation Controlled Affiliate means (1) any person of which the Corporation is the beneficial owner (directly or indirectly) of 10% or more of the outstanding voting stock, voting power, partnership interests or similar voting interests or (2) any other person that (directly or indirectly) is controlled by the Corporation.
