  • Kaumaka Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of Subscribed Organisation Data caused by any third party (except those third parties sub-contracted by Kaumaka Ltd to perform services related to Subscribed Organisation Data maintenance and back-up).

  • The Organisation shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Organisation Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy backing up and quality of the Organisation Data.
