Organic Waste Processing Facility definition

Organic Waste Processing Facility means a State 361 permitted Solid Waste facility which accepts and processes Organic Waste and designated by the City as 362 the destination for Organic Waste Collected pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Organic Waste Processing Facility means a commercial facility permitted by the State of California which accepts and processes, by composting or other permissible methods, Organic Waste for diversion from landfill disposal.
Organic Waste Processing Facility means a permitted Facility where Organic Waste is sorted, mulched or separated for the purposes of Recycling, reuse or composting.

Organic Waste Processing Facility means any facility 411 designed, operated and legally permitted for the purpose of receiving and processing Food Waste, Green 412 Waste, and Organic Waste listed in Exhibit 9.
