Organic Waste Processing Facility means a commercial facility permitted by the State of California which accepts and processes, by composting or other permissible methods, Organic Waste for diversion from landfill disposal.

Organic Waste Processing Facility means any facility selected by the Contractor as listed in Exhibit 3 that is designed, operated and legally permitted for the purpose of receiving and processing Organic Waste.

• The Collection of Organic Waste, 263 by Contractor, from Commercial Service Units in the Service Area, the delivery of those Organic Waste 264 materials to an Organic Waste Processing Facility and the processing and marketing of those Organic 265 Waste materials, and the disposal of all Commercial Organic Waste Processing Residue.

• Contractor must deliver all Collected Organic 1941 Waste to a fully permitted Organic Waste Processing Facility or a fully permitted Organic Waste transfer 1942 station listed in Exhibit 9.

Organic Waste Processing Facility means a State permitted commercial Solid Waste facility listed in Exhibit 14 which accepts and processes Organic Waste. The City reserves its Flow Control Rights over the Organic Waste Processing Facility.
