Organic input material definition

Organic input material means any bulk or packaged commercial fertilizer, agricultural mineral, auxiliary soil and plant substance, specialty fertilizer, or soil amendment, excluding pesticides, that is to be used in organic crop and food production and that complies with the requirements of the National Organic Program standards, as specified in Part 205 (commencing with Section 205.1) of Subchapter M of Chapter I of Subtitle B of Title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations.‌

Related to Organic input material

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Organic Materials means any combination of Food Waste and Green Waste. Organic Materials

  • Byproduct material means any radioactive material (except special nuclear material) yielded in or made radioactive by exposure to the radiation incident to the process of producing or utilizing special nuclear material.

  • Organic Waste means wastes comprising material originated from living organisms and their metabolic waste products, including food, green material, landscape and pruning waste, clean unpainted/untreated wood (with no nails, wire, etc.), paper products, and printing and writing paper, but excluding textiles and carpets, manure, biosolids, digestate, sludges, non-compostable paper, Construction & Demolition Debris, and Hazardous Waste. No material shall be considered Organic Waste unless it has been segregated by the customer for separate collection.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.
