Oregon Medical Marijuana Program definition

Oregon Medical Marijuana Program means the office within the Oregon Health Authority that administers the provisions of ORS 475.300 through 475.346, the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act, and all policies and procedures pertaining thereto.
Oregon Medical Marijuana Program or “OMMP” means the program operated and administered by the Authority that registers patients, designated primary caregivers, and growers.
Oregon Medical Marijuana Program means the office within the Oregon Health Authority that administers the provisions of ORS 475B.400 to 475B.525, the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act, and all policies and procedures pertaining thereto.
