Ordinary Document definition
Ordinary Document means (a) a Bank Loan, (b) a Trade Payable, and (c) each other contract, agreement or instrument, in each case under this clause (c) which is in writing and which is not an Instrument, Chattel Paper or a Negotiable Document.
