Ordering Platform definition

Ordering Platform means the online ordering service hosted and provided by the Supplier or such other electronic ordering application as used by the Institution and agreed by the Supplier. Authorised Users at a Partner Organisation outlined in
Ordering Platform means any platform that allows customers to order food or items for pickup or delivery
Ordering Platform means the browser/web-based application made available to You by Us as the primary means of placing an Order and supplying Goods to You.

Examples of Ordering Platform in a sentence

  • Depending on the location, the Direct Ordering Platform may allow for product deliveries by third party couriers.

  • By using the Direct Ordering Platform, you agree that you understand that Company is not responsible for any statements or omissions concerning the products contained in your order.

  • Although you are able to place orders through the Direct Ordering Platform, Company itself does not sell the products contained in your order, is not a party to any such transaction, and has no control over the quality or safety of the products.

  • Your order, including an order placed through the Direct Ordering Platform, is between you and the restaurant from which you order.

  • Please note that the Direct Ordering Platform uses third party logistics companies to deliver the products.

  • The current list of certified vendors for the ProcuRx Central Ordering Platform includes Thrifty ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ #▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, and ParMed.

  • Retailer’s orders must be electronically transmitted (excluding emergency orders) via Company’s ProcuRx Central Ordering Platform (currently supported by SureCost).

  • Lunchbox will process Lunchbox Diner Data as a business or data controller, and each Diner will be presented with Lunchbox’s Privacy Policy (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) when they use the Digital Ordering Platform and subject to the privacy practices set forth in Lunchbox’s Privacy Policy.
