Ordering Instrument definition

Ordering Instrument means a document that complies with the Designated Price Agreement and that ORCPP Member must use to order goods, services, or both, under the Designated Price Agreement. An Ordering Instrument may be referred to as, for example, “Purchase Order,” “Work Order” or other name assigned by DAS PS or ORCPP Member.
Ordering Instrument or “Order” means a document used by an Authorized Agency in compliance with the Public Contracting Code, these Rules, and Department policies, for the general purpose of ordering Supplies and Services from one or more Providers.
Ordering Instrument means a document submitted to Contractor by a Purchasing Entity that is part of the Contract and specifies the quantity and type of Product or Products and Services that Contractor will provide to the Purchasing Entity under the Contract.
