Ordering Authority. OR “Purchaser” means the competent authorities of DoPH& FW, Medical Education, GAS Rahat Departments of Government of Madhya Pradesh, as the case may be (herein after referred to as “Ordering Authority”), , in their respective jurisdictions, purchasing goods and services as incorporated in the Tender Enquiry document, namely:
