Ordered IT Products definition

Ordered IT Products means a Catalogue Entry for IT Products selected by the CUSTOMER and included in Schedule 2-2 of this Contract pursuant to an Order. Ordering Procedures means the ordering procedures specified by the AUTHORITY from time to time and available from the AUTHORITY’s website which the CONTRACTOR and CUSTOMER must comply with when placing an Order.

Examples of Ordered IT Products in a sentence

  • Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the CONTRACTOR shall promptly provide all such information regarding the environmental impact of the Ordered IT Products as may reasonably be requested by the CUSTOMER.

  • The CONTRACTOR shall not replace any parts or components of the Ordered Goods used for the provision of the Ordered IT Products with parts or components that are of lower quality or which are unsuitable for use in their designed purpose either by a CUSTOMER or a replacement service provider, prior to the expiry or termination (howsoever arising) of this Contract.

  • This Schedule specifies the Acceptance Procedures and the Acceptance Test Criteria to be used in the acceptance of the Ordered IT Products.

  • The CONTRACTOR shall, during the Acceptance Test Period, make available the Ordered IT Products to the CUSTOMER (including any products supplied by the CONTRACTOR necessary to enable the provision of those Ordered IT Products) for the Acceptance Procedures to be performed.

  • Subject to paragraph 7.2 of this Schedule, the CUSTOMER may require the CONTRACTOR to conduct additional tests of some or all aspects of the BCDR Plan at any time where the CUSTOMER considers it necessary, including where there has been any change to the Ordered IT Products or any underlying business processes, or on the occurrence of any event which may increase the likelihood of the need to implement the BCDR Plan.

  • If the CUSTOMER only terminates the rejected part of the Ordered IT Product the refund referred to in paragraph 2.7.2 of this Schedule shall be in respect of Ordered IT Products so rejected.

  • Ordered Goods to be used in the provision of the Ordered IT Products may (as applicable) be provided by the CONTRACTOR or a third party (e.g., lessor).
