Order Validation definition

Order Validation means a check whether there is enough Cash in the Cash Subaccount to cover the Debts, or sufficient unblocked Securities or sufficient Gold in the Securities Subaccount to execute an order for procuring a sale of Securities, Gold or other Order. The successful execution of the Order Validation is a condition for the Bank to commence execution of an Order.
