Order Transmission definition

Order Transmission means the forwarding by us of Orders to a Stockbroker. When we use a Stockbroker, we transmit an Order and the Stockbroker locates a buyer or seller. Only once the buyer or seller has accepted the Order, will the Order be executed.

  • The CUSTOMER must install the Electronic Order Transmission Platform program from the website of the INTERMEDIARY INSTITUTION to their personal computer or mobile devices and make it work in order to transmit orders via the Electronic Order Transmission Platform of the INTERMEDIARY INSTITUTION.

  • The Customer acknowledges and accepts that also if and when the Bank acts in the name of other intermediary institutions as and in the capacity of a Broker in Order Transmission as per the provisions of the Capital Markets Law, the Bank may use these rights also for the purpose of collection and recovery of receivables of these other intermediary institutions.
