Any additional terms within any such Purchase Order, Statement of Work, or other document that contradict the terms of this Contract shall have no force or effect and shall in no way affect, change or modify any of the terms of this Contract.
In the case of inconsistency or conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of any Purchase Order, Statement of Work, acknowledgment, authorization, or other such document that may be issued by HP or Supplier with respect to the Services, the provisions of this Agreement will control.

Except as otherwise provided on the Order, Statement of Work or this Agreement, once placed, each Order and Statement of Work is non-cancellable and all sums paid are non-refundable.
Notwithstanding the Agent’s authority described herein, the Agent is not, nor shall it be construed to be, a party to the Agreement or to any Purchase Order, Statement of Work, or Change Order governed thereby.
Except as otherwise set forth in an Order, Statement of Work, or other written agreement by the Parties, Licensee will be responsible for installing and implementing each Update.
