Order 9 definition

Order 9 means Order 9 to the Master Services Agreement dated as of September 7, 2021 for the limited purpose of providing an agreement between the parties with respect to Purchased Assets delivered to Purchaser prior to the Final Closing for each unit delivered. All other provisions of Article 1.1 remain unchanged.
