Order Release definition

Order Release or "ORDER RELEASES" as used herein shall mean the document issued or output of an electronic "paperless" process initiated by NTI pursuant to a BLANKET ORDER by which the DELIVERY DATE for such BLANKET ORDER, or a portion thereof, is established.

  • Purchase Contracts - Delivery shall be specified by a Purchase Order Release referencing the purchase contract number.
