Order Quantity definition

Order Quantity means, in respect of each type of Equipment any month during the Term, the quantity of that type of Equipment to be ordered by STG for that month as determined in accordance with clause 4.4.
Order Quantity means a quantity of units of Product of up to [***] of Product per month.”

Examples of Order Quantity in a sentence

  • The Price is subject to change if the specified Minimum Order Quantity changes or if the Annual Volume is not ordered in a Year.

  • Client acknowledges that the Price in any Year is quoted based upon the Minimum Order Quantity and the Annual Volume specified in Schedule B to a Product Agreement.

Related to Order Quantity

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.
