Order Quality definition

Order Quality means both (i) an amount, expressed as a percentage, calculated by dividing the total dollar value of all Products invoiced by McLane for the applicable Period by the total dollar value of all Products ordered by The Pantry for that Period and (ii) an amount, expressed as a percentage, calculated by dividing the total number of units invoiced by McLane for the applicable Period by the total number of units ordered by The Pantry for that period.   • If there is any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and any Work Order, Quality Agreement, purchase order, or other document or form used by the parties, the terms of this Agreement will control.

  • All parts shall be identified per the Engineering Drawing and Purchase Order Quality requirements utilizing GAMPS 1105 and GAMPS 1106 as required.

  • Contract surveillance duties shall be defined and accomplished IAW the Performance Assessment Plan and, if a unique plan is required, the Task Order Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan shall take precedence.
