Order Placement Orders may be placed through E-Procurement, phone or fax.
For each order placed, the authorized user must notify each participating vendor submitting a RES-Quote the following information: Name of participating vendor receiving the order RES #, description of requirement, and delivery or performance location Description of any suitable substitute product ordered, if applicable Total price of the order Order Placement.
