Order Page definition

Order Page means the order page Customer completes in signing up for the Services or attached to this Agreement, and which contains: (i) the Services being ordered; (ii) Fees; (iii) number of, and Initial Services Term for, End User Accounts; and (iv) the applicable form of payment.
Order Page means the online order page or pages, or other ordering document acceptable to Google under this Agreement, that Customer completes in signing up for the Services, and that may include: (i) the Services being ordered (including applicable billing and renewal terms); (ii) the Fees; (iii) the number of, and Initial Services Term for, End User Accounts; (iv) the applicable form of payment; and (v) the Customer Domain Name(s).
Order Page means the interface page on the Mobee Platform which allows the Client to place a Purchase Order. “Order Status Page” means the interface page on the Mobee Platform which shows the status of the Purchase Order.

  • The initial world wide web page through which such listings may be placed (the "AutoTrader Order Page") will be designed by Trader to have the look and feel of the ATC Sites, will offer each customer an opportunity to combine its request for an online listing with a request for a print listing in Trader's Automotive Magazines and/or Other Magazines, and will be consistent with the procedure for requesting a print listing maintained on the Trader Sites prior to the date of this Agreement.

Related to Order Page

  • Cover Page means the front page of this Agreement.

  • Web Page means a document on the Internet which may be viewed in its entirety without leaving the applicable distinct URL address.

  • Order Level means the price indicated in the Order.

  • Order Book means the trading system or platform operated by BSEF in which all market participants in the trading system or platform have the ability to enter multiple bids and offers, observe or receive bids and offers entered by other market participants, and transact on such bids and offers. A Participant must indicate if a bid or offer posted on an Order Book is firm or indicative.

  • Home Page means the Borrower’s corporate home page on the World Wide Web accessible through the Internet via the universal resource locator (URL) identified as ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or such other universal resource locator that it shall designate in writing to the Agent as its corporate home page on the World Wide Web.
