Order or Orders definition

Order or Orders has the meaning set forth in Section 6(m).
Order or Orders means all judgments, orders, writs, injunctions, decisions, rulings, decrees and awards of any Governmental Authority.
Order or Orders means the requisition of and the description of the work to be performed under the Contract. In addition, "Order or Orders" means any instruction varying or modifying the terms of any Order or Orders or cancelling any Order or Orders;

Examples of Order or Orders in a sentence

  • If the Supplier/Service Provider shall have a receiver, manager, administrator, liquidator or like person appointed over all or any part of its assets or if the Supplier/Service Provider compounds with its creditors or passes a resolution for the writing up or administration of the Supplier/Service Provider, Transnet is at liberty to terminate the Order or Orders forthwith, or at its option, to seek performance by any such appointed person.

  • Each series shall be authorized by a Company Order or Orders or one or more indentures supplemental hereto, which shall specify whether the Securities of such series shall be subject to a Periodic Offering.

  • Where this Contract is subject to Orders as specified in the Contract Particulars the Council has the right to terminate any individual Order or Orders or the whole Contract under the provisions of this clause D1.

Related to Order or Orders

  • Orders means judgments, writs, decrees, compliance agreements, injunctions or orders of any Governmental Entity or arbitrator.

  • the Order means the agreement entered into between the Purchaser and the Supplier including all the attachments and appendices and all documents incorporated as per notification of award.

  • Supply Order means an order for supply of stores and includes an order for performance of service;
