Order Letter definition

Order Letter or “Letter of Acceptance” shall mean intimation by the Employer through a letter/e-mail/ Fax to the successful Bidder that his Bid has been accepted in accordance with the provisions contained in the said letter;
Order Letter means the document in which, among other things, the subject-matter of the Contract, the term of the Contract and the specific economic and administrative rules that govern it are described and established;
Order Letter. This is the document issued by FT, binding it firmly. It sets out the price, the types of services, the quantities and the time-limits for providing them.
