Order Initial Term definition

Order Initial Term means the initial term of the Deliverable(s) to be provided or the duration of the On-Premises Software license, Cloud Hosted Software and the Services as specified in a Quotation.

Examples of Order Initial Term in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise expressly agreed in the applicable Order, each Order will automatically renew for additional successive terms of the same length as the Order Initial Term unless earlier terminated pursuant to this Agreement’s express provisions or either Party gives the other Party written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term (each, an “Order Renewal Term”).

  • With respect to each Service Order, the Service Order Initial Term and all applicable Service Order Renewal Terms shall hereafter be referred to collectively as the “Service Order Term”.

  • The Service Order Initial Term will be stated as “Duration” on the Service Order, but if not so stated will be a twelve (12) months period.

  • Each Service Order shall have an initial term (the “Service Order Initial Term”) and shall automatically renew for successive additional terms (each, a “Service Order Renewal Term”) equal in length to the Service Order Initial Term unless Stratus receives written notice from Customer to terminate the Service Order not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration of the Service Order Initial Term or the Service Order Renewal Term then in effect.

  • No increase in fees for any Order Renewal Term shall exceed 5% of the Fees effective during the immediately preceding Order Initial Term or Order Renewal Term.

  • In the event that Customer is provided any discounts, temporarily reduced rates, or promotional credits on a Service Order Form, said discounts, rates, or credits will only be effective during the Service Order Initial Term of this Agreement as set forth in the Service Order Form, and shall not be effective during any Service Order Renewal Term.

  • The initial term of this agreement is specified in the Order (Initial Term).

  • To the extent that the Service Order Initial Term for any Service is renewed, then this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for such Service on the applicable terms of this Agreement until the expiration or termination of the relevant Service Order.

  • The License is effective from the day we initially deliver the applicable License under this Agreement and continues for the period specified in the Order (Initial Term) or until terminated as provided in this Agreement.

  • If Customer has failed to remove its Equipment by the thirtieth (30th) day following the expiration or termination of a Service Order Initial Term or Service Order Renewal Term, TDC may, in its sole discretion and without liability, remove and store such Equipment, deliver an additional written notice and invoice to Customer, and Customer shall reimburse TDC for all costs associated with such removal and storage within thirty (30) days after receipt of TDC's invoice.
