Order Contracting definition

Order Contracting. The County will award an individual Job Order to any selected Contractor on a rotational selection basis among all Contractors, unless otherwise determined by the County.

  • Team member (subcontract) additions after Task Order award must be approved by the Task Order Contracting Officer.

  • A copy of the executed agreement shall be provided to the Task Order Contracting Officer.

  • The notification shall include a description of the actual or potential organizational conflict of interest, a description of the action which the Contractor has taken or proposes to take to avoid, mitigate, or neutralize the conflict, and any other relevant information that would assist the SeaPort/Task Order Contracting Officer in making a determination on this matter.

  • The Task Order Contracting Officer may, by written order, direct the Contractor to accelerate the expenditure of direct labor such that the total man-hours of effort specified in paragraph (a) above would be used prior to the expiration of the term.

  • The Contractor agrees that, if after award, it discovers an actual or potential organizational conflict of interest, it shall make immediate and full disclosure in writing to the SeaPort/Task Order Contracting Officer.

  • The Contractor shall submit the post-award assertions to the Task Order Contracting Officer as soon as practicable before the scheduled delivery of the relevant data and/or software.

  • Job-order-contracting means a project delivery method in which:
