Team member (subcontract) additions after Task Order award must be approved by the Task Order Contracting Officer.
Unless and if you wish to bid different terms, pricing or otherwise change from your existing contract, Job Order Contracting (181101), proposing on the current solicitation provides no additional benefits to your company.

The Contractor shall not accelerate any effort until receipt of such written approval by the Task Order Contracting Officer.
A copy of the executed agreement shall be provided to the Task Order Contracting Officer.
The notification shall include a description of the actual or potential organizational conflict of interest, a description of the action which the Contractor has taken or proposes to take to avoid, mitigate, or neutralize the conflict, and any other relevant information that would assist the SeaPort/Task Order Contracting Officer in making a determination on this matter.
The Task Order Contracting Officer may, by written order, direct the Contractor to accelerate the expenditure of direct labor such that the total man-hours of effort specified in paragraph (a) above would be used prior to the expiration of the term.
The Contractor agrees that, if after award, it discovers an actual or potential organizational conflict of interest, it shall make immediate and full disclosure in writing to the SeaPort/Task Order Contracting Officer.
The Contractor shall submit the post-award assertions to the Task Order Contracting Officer as soon as practicable before the scheduled delivery of the relevant data and/or software.
